Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between the user ("player", "you") and may999 ("Company", "we") covering all services provided on the may999 platform. By using the may999 website, mobile application, or any service provided by the platform, you are considered to have accepted these Terms.

1.3 Accuracy of Registration Details and Verification

The name, phone number, and payment details provided during registration must be accurate. We may request identity verification ("KYC Verification") at any time to prevent fraud and protect the player's personal security. Failure to complete verification may result in withdrawal restrictions.

1.4 Account Security

Your account login credentials must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone. All activity that occurs on your account is considered the account holder's responsibility. If you notice any unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

2.1 Deposits

Here are some examples —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 60,000 Ks. You must wager 40,000 × 20 = 800,000 Ks before you can withdraw.
• Deposit 320,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 620,000 Ks. You must wager 300,000 × 20 = 6,000,000 Ks before you can withdraw.

3.2 Bonus Abuse Policy

If we suspect that a bonus is being used fraudulently — for example, by combining bonuses across duplicate accounts — we reserve the right to cancel the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it.

3.3 VIP Tiered Cashback Rewards

The may999 VIP program has 3 tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members can earn up to 0.3% cashback, Silver up to 0.5%, and Gold up to 0.8%, based on weekly results. VIP tier upgrades are awarded based on playing activity and fair play.

3.4 Promotion Eligibility

Each promotion has its own terms and expiry date as stated in the offer. Please read the details of any promotion carefully before claiming it.
